Condolence: It saddened my heart to learn of Mr. Burns passing today. I've done many painting permits for him with The City of Charleston. He was a very kind and respectful man. I would help him by filling out his applications and we would just sit, talk and laugh while I would process his permits. Heaven has gained another angel. Servant of God WELL DONE!
